Digby Scallop Days is a beloved waterfront festival celebrating the scallop fishing industry that put this Fundy Shore town on the culinary map. For over half a century, the festival has honoured Digby's deep connection to the sea with fresh seafood, live music, and family fun along the picturesque harbourfront where the world's largest scallop fleet is based.
The 2026 festival featured the famous scallop-shucking competition, fresh scallop dinners, a street parade, a classic car show, midway rides, and live entertainment on the waterfront stage. The scallop taco eating contest and a children's fishing derby added to the weekend's playful spirit, while a fireworks display over the harbour lit up the Bay of Fundy night.
