Western Nova Scotia Exhibition

The Western Nova Scotia Exhibition is an annual agricultural exhibition in Yarmouth featuring livestock shows, midway rides, food vendors, and family entertainment. One of Western Nova Scotia's longest-running fairs, the 2026 edition brought together the agricultural community and visitors for a classic summer fair experience at the Mariners Centre in Yarmouth, on Nova Scotia's southwestern tip.

The exhibition grounds came alive with prize livestock competitions, home and garden exhibits, a midway with rides and games, and a full schedule of live entertainment. Food vendors served up everything from traditional fair treats to local Acadian specialties, making the fair a celebration of the region's farming heritage and coastal culture.

Yarmouth serves as the gateway to the Acadian Shore, and the exhibition is an ideal time to explore the area's historic lighthouses, wild beaches, and distinctive Acadian cuisine. The fair draws families from across southwestern Nova Scotia each August for a quintessential late-summer tradition. The 2026 edition ran August 5–8 at the Mariners Centre in Yarmouth.
