The Stan Rogers Folk Festival, affectionately known as 'StanFest,' is one of Canada's premier folk music festivals, held annually in the historic fishing community of Canso on Nova Scotia's rugged Eastern Shore. Named after the legendary Canadian folk singer-songwriter Stan Rogers, the festival is celebrating its milestone 30th anniversary in 2026, having grown from a weekend camping event into a seven-day, county-wide music extravaganza featuring over 50 artists across a rich diversity of genres.
