WoolstockEAST: The East Coast Fibre Festival

WoolstockEAST — The East Coast Fibre Festival fills the Pictou County Wellness Centre in New Glasgow on September 11-12, 2026, with more than 50 vendors celebrating East Coast fibre folk — 'from production, to creation, and everything in between.' Organized by Tatamagouche's Sisterhood Fibres, the Fibre Village & Market covers knitting, crocheting, spinning, weaving, felting, and rug hooking, with ongoing demonstrations, live music, a Sisterhood Circle, and the chance to test-drive fibre equipment before you buy.

Around the market, the festival runs workshops with registration through the Sisterhood Fibres site, and the 2026 edition adds official festival patterns designed by Ackroyd Designs and Ciobair Designs — make one and show it off at the market.
