Brier Island Big Meadow Bog Trail
The Big Meadow Bog Trail on Brier Island is the most accessible trail in Western Nova Scotia. This 1.5km wheelchair-accessible boardwalk loop ventures into a unique bog ecosystem within the UNESCO Southwest Nova Biosphere Reserve. Features raised viewing platforms, interpretive signage, benches, and a salt marsh bridge. Year-round, free admission.
