Halifax Busker Festival
Nova Scotia's premier street-performance festival, which celebrated its 40th year in 2026 — the 2026 edition ran July 29 to August 3 along the Halifax waterfront. Busker shows here are free to watch with performer-bucket tips and paid headline performances; stages spread from the Halifax Seaport and Maritime Museum of the Atlantic to Sackville Landing and Foundation Wharf. Expect the 2027 dates to land in a similar late-July-to-early-August window (announced in spring) — book waterfront hotels early for that week.
